If you have already registered and activated your account, go to Allsup Place in the menu, click on MyClaim in the menu and then Medical Updates. You will see four different types of medical updates to provide. Just complete the fields and hit submit. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact our Customer Information Center at (866) 502-8372.

I was very lucky to be told about the Allsup company. I had never heard of them before. The people are the greatest asset this company has. They are very understanding, compassionate and helpful. They helped me at a time when I would not have been able to do all that is required to get through the process. When you are not feelling well, it is very difficult to do much of anything, let alone a huge task like this. It was overwhelming to me and they were wonderful.

I’d give anything for Allsup and Associates to actually respond to our effort at a Res Judicata decision with Social Security. The Standard (the LTD Insurance Company) has asked for over 6 weeks if Allsup can help their client (my wife – Penny Andersen) in this Res-Judicata effort. All we keep hearing is that Penny’s file is still in review with a special handling claims team. We are wondering, how much time does that take…. and truly, when time is of the essence and Allsup has the opportunity to help PLUS profit regarding their fee…. why Allsup would not contact my wife to inform her if there is even a chance at this effort (communication being an important component of any business relationship)?

When I used to work for Met Disability in the ’90’s, I recommended Allsup to hundreds of claimants….. and I can’t recall the lack of communication being so pervasive in Jim Allsup’s company (and I met Jim when he was growing the company in the early ’90’s). Very disconcerting.

Also, I am now applying for Social Security Disability myself along with my son (who has been Disabled since he was born)… and getting the opportunity to have Allsup manage our Disability claims would be helpful to us with dealing with one representative.

I am looking for groups to join to learn about new treatments and help copeing with my cronic pain. I go to pain management. It helps but I’m in need of support group and I am on sad now for ten yrs. Treatment and copays are expensive and I don’t get all the care that is needed or help because of my income. I am still raising my children and its a daily struggle and my marriage suffers. I ask is there any programs NY state that can help with the financial burdon to get the care and resources that I need. Thank you

My aunt is in her FIRST appeal/reconsideration in Texas. It says in this article that the reconsideration process takes 3-5 months. However, she has been waiting for 1 year and 4 months. Why so long? Also, she added 2 new injuries to her case, including a broken femur bone with surgery and a mass in her foot that still needs surgery. She was told by Allsup that this new information had no bearing on her case and would not be considered by the judge. Why is that? If someone could answer these questions, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I got an email stating you all have been trying to get in touch with me. I called back and the wait was long, but the automated system told me I could chat with you. My application has already been submitted, the email stated also that you needed some additional information.
