I joined Allsup in 2011 after 10 years with the Target Corporation. Once I arrived, I began to delve into the confusion for our customers surrounding federal programs like Medicare. The choices are complicated for seniors and people with disabilities, and Allsup is here to provide True Help® through that web of rules, penalties and possibilities.

In addition, the Affordable Care Act has made health insurance even more confusing. Never before have our customers had so many options or needed so much guidance to make the best decisions for their needs.

It’s not as simple as just choosing the “right” plan. It’s about finding affordable options for your spouse or dependents. It’s about making good decisions today that will benefit you in the future.

I really enjoy talking with Medicare beneficiaries, their financial advisors, caregivers and family members. It’s important that people better understand how they benefit from the options available with Medicare, and that’s where Allsup comes in.

I appreciate the importance of providing that expert help, and I enjoy being one of those experts working at Allsup.
